- Tub and shower scrubbed and wiped down
- All of each toilet wiped down and bowl scrubbed
- Sinks scrubbed and wiped down
- Mirrors cleaned spotless and medicine cabinet wiped down
- Toilet paper holder and towel bar wiped down
- High touch areas cleaned(door knobs, light switches, etc.)
- Vanity top cleaned(items removed and replaced)
- Garbage emptied, bag replaced
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
Hallways and Common Areas (living rooms, rec areas, etc.)
Furniture, mirrors, frames, and related items dusted and wiped down
Window sills cleaned
Ceiling fans dusted and wiped down if necessary and within reach
High touch areas cleaned
Floors vacuumed and mopped
Kitchen and Bar Areas
- Counters wiped/scrubbed clean, if reasonably uncluttered, all items will be removed and replaced
- Cupboard fronts spots and (finger)oil stains cleaned
- If no dirty dishes are in them, sink and faucet will be cleaned
- Backsplash cleaned
- Kitchen table wiped down
- Outside of fridge, stove, and dishwasher cleaned
- Exterior of all appliances on countertop cleaned
- Interior and exterior of microwave cleaned
- Garbage emptied, bag replaced
- Furniture, mirrors, frames, and related items dusted and wiped down
- High touch areas cleaned
- Window sills cleaned
- Ceiling fans dusted and wiped down if necessary and within reach
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
Bedrooms
- Furniture, mirrors, frames, and related items dusted and wiped down
- Window sills cleaned
- High touch areas cleaned

- Garbage emptied, bag replaced

Bedrooms
- Couches vacuumed & wiped clean (as required)
- Tabletops and desks wiped down

- Window sills cleaned
- Ceiling fans dusted and wiped down if necessary and within reach
- Garbage emptied, bag replaced
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
Bedrooms
- Blinds dusted, if sturdy
- Inside of fridge cleaned (shelves & drawers, freezer cleaned but not defrosted)
- Inside of stove cleaned (stove door, interior racks, & warming drawer)
- Kitchen cupboards cleaned inside & out
All Other Rooms
- Couches vacuumed & wiped clean (as required)
- Tabletops and desks wiped down
- Laundry room cleaned, and floors vacuumed and mopped
- Furniture, mirrors, frames, and related items dusted and wiped down
- High touch areas cleaned

- Ceiling fans dusted and wiped down if necessary and within reach

- Moulding cleaned including door moulding and corners
- Baseboards dusted and wiped clean
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
